Every year, Kansas Wesleyan University hosts an event called ‘Night with the Yotes’.
The 2024 Night with the Yotes will be held February 23rd, in Mabee Arena of the KWU Student Activities Center.
The doors will open at 5 pm, with a welcome speech and dinner beginning at 7, and the main event starts at 8.
This will be the 13th annual Night with Yotes dinner and auction event. It will include a community social, silent auction and games alongside a homestyle dinner and open bar. As well as a performance by the regionally popular band, The Blades. The theme this year is Coyotes and Cowboys.
Night with the Yotes History
The annual Night with the Yotes in one of KWU’s biggest fundraiser of the year. The donation and proceeds go toward improving KWU as a whole, which includes athletics, fine arts, debates and forensics, and the DECA program.
Last years Night with the Yotes was a huge success for the college. Many of the proceeds went toward future construction on campus, many of which are already on going. The school being able to use these donations and generosity, sets Kansas Wesleyan apart from any other college in many ways.
